A very good afternoon to every one of you present here. The power of the Almighty leads us always to achieve greater things for the goodness of the Society in imparting wisdom to every soul who embarks into the portal of learning. I feel honoured to extend a hearty welcome to you all our well-wishers, the respected dignitaries, ladies and gentlemen, my beloved students, teachers and staff members. I am happy to welcome the parents of our new brides of the day. Today, I am very much delighted to stand before you the most illustrious and esteemed gathering to present the Annual Report of the year 2023-2024.

   The school is well established with excellent infrastructure and beautiful surrounding, It is furnished with a well-equipped labs, where students can practice & acquire knowledge through latest digital Library.

      Our  School  is  functioning  for  the  past  14 years  with the recognition by  INC -  Delhi. And it is affiliated to Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty, Lucknow.  At present we have admitted the 14th batch of 40 students.

     Habit is the interaction of knowledge, skill and desire. In order to make our students clinically competent they are posted in St. Mary’s hospital, Maha Mana Cancer Centre, B.K. Heart Centre, Galaxy Hospital, Deva Institute of Health Care and Research Centre, PHC & CHC. I thank all the administrators, doctors and nurses of these hospitals for taking keen interest on our students and for allowing them to practice their profession.

       I am proud to acknowledge that in academics, Co-curricular and extracurricular activities throughout the session. I proudly place before you the achievements of our school:

1. I also would deem to highlight that U.P State Medical Faculty has taken keen interest in improving quality education in all the Institutes. For the first time, our school has been recognised as Mentor Institute to other 4 Mentee institutes in Varanasi District and awarded by Shri. Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh on 12th July 2023.  We are Grateful for the great support given by management which is a great thing for us to feel proud of.

2. On World Midwives Day U.P. State Medical Faculty had conducted different competitions where our faculty and students achieved first and third prizes in Rangoli & Photography.  They were awarded prizes at Lucknow.

3. Students participated in World Handwashing Day at Mahamana Cancer Centre and won second prize in poster presentation.

4. As our students were completing their Academic Course few Hospitals had come for campus Selection. It was our joy that 35 out of 35 students were screened and selected for job at Galaxy, Ruben & Infinity. We are encouraged by this achievement,

5. Management is always on the path of development with the sole aim of professional development and accordingly different trainings were attended by the teachers & students to upgrade. These initiatives were served to enhance the teaching and learning process carried out on the day-to-day basis.

6. Career Counselling sessions were incorporated with school health education programs to bring awareness among Adolescents regarding sex education & value of Nursing as Profession under mission Niramaya.

7. We too encourage our students to attend Ideal Nursing classes. Students attempted exam and awarded three students who scored highest marks and given free career coaching.

8. On virtual platform our students had attended overseas job opportunity session conducted by UPSMF and volunteered for it.

9. We have encouraged our students to write success stories of their experience in this campus.

10.  All the Important International & National Health events are observed accordingly.

11. National Research paper presentation on the effectiveness of Basil Seeds for patients with Type II diabetes Mellitus was presented at St.Mary’s college of Nursing, Lucknow and awarded to Ms.Achintya Sharma, Nursing Tutor.

12. Co-Curricular Programs are designed to develop our students to be dynamic, future-ready individuals who not only live up to the school values of self-respect integrity & passion for learning but also have the competency and capacity to excel. We conducted various activities entire year under our school themes with maximum participation of students
